Falta de Recurso (dinheiro)-Pode ter Originado na: Negociação com Fornecedores, Adm de Estoque, Contratação Com Bancos Errada, Processos Operacionais Errados, etc. Não perca o Objetivo de sua Empresa.
TODOS AS VARIÁVEIS QUE COMPÕE UMA EMPRESA SÃO DINÁMICAS. Perceber Mudanças nas atitudes, nos processos, no mercado, nas relações pessoais, nas relações com fornecedores, faz parte da Habilidade Feeling (visão Dinámica). Perceber e Visualizar o Que as Pessoas Não falam.

1.O Grau de Sinergia Dos Colaboradores,  Estão entusiasmado? Estão Dispersos? Estão Envolvidos a exercer a função que lhe foi delegada. Muitas vezes, em determinados setores da empresa, o colaborador só está esperando passar o dia, ele está esperando chegar a Hora, para ele ir embora. Caso alguém peça alguma coisa pra ele fazer, ele fará, não pegará o serviço pra fazer, negociará na defensiva. Não Consigo, Estou cheio de Coisa pra fazer, pede pra outro.

2.Processo de Trabalho– O processo de trabalho é bem Elaborado no Setor de Sua Empresa? ou ele é todo aberto? Devido a Falta de Processo seu funcionário pode estar trabalhando mais, e o ganho que sua empresa pode obter, pode estar se perdendo devido a falta de excelência nos Processos. Os Processos (etapas definidas na execução) fazem Uma Extrema Diferença  Na competitividade de Sua Empresa e na energia gasta pelos seus colaboradores.

3. Regra de Definição de Salários(RDS)– Atendente de Balcão com 10 anos de casa, e colaboradores com 1 ano de casa, Qual deve ser o Salário de cada Funcionário? Faça um estudo, e coloque essa regra para acontecer. Primeiro Foco é o que sua empresa consegue retribuir de remuneração pelo trabalho desenvolvido pelo Colaborador, e a segunda base, é o que o mercado esta pagando. Esses dilemas São os Pilares, são visões que tem que que ter, mas o assunto de RDS  é mais amplo, e não pode ser um peso para o Caixa da Empresa, e não pode ser um motivo para a instalação de briga, discussão, do colaborador com a diretoria da empresa, o trabalhador achar que merece”eu mereço “, e sempre cogitar de aumento salarial. A negativa pelo Não Aumento do Salário, pode gerar um conflito entre os Colaboradores para com a Empresa, e o mesmo acontece Caso Ocorra a Confirmação do Aumento, pode ocasionar uma contaminação negativa na equipe, assim uma busca incessante por parte dos demais membros pelo mesmo aumento que o seu parceiro teve. Estipular o RDS, é essencial para a manutenção e desenvolvimento e crescimento da empresa.

 4. Regra de Demissão e Contratação– Tudo dentro de uma empresa se resume em um processo, assim, deve se estipular jeitos pra se demitir, uma demissão é o Fim do Mundo para a pessoa que esta sendo demitida, e para outros tipos de pessoa, uma mera finalização do período de dedicação para a empresa. A Própria Contratação, deve se falar abertamente, da empresa, de todas as regras, e se caso não der certo, acontecerá a demissão. Deve se Desmistificar, o Contexto da Demissão, para não incorrer em problemas com o colaboradores.
Na Contratação deve se Falar de Tudo- Horário- Padrões no Vestir -Padrões no Falar- Treinamentos, Datas de Eventos dentro da Empresa, condutas certas, condutas erradas, pra que o colaborador esta sendo contratado, o que a empresa espera dele, etc.
Nessa fase,   pode ser apresentado o Código de Conduta da Empresa. Antes da fase da contratação deve existir procedimentos investigativos, no tocante a absorver o melhor candidato a preencher a vaga.

5- Acertos e Erros da Equipe

Todo Acerto ou todo erro Não deve passar desapercebido, pelo gestor. Os Erros devem ser apontados de forma sutil, sem dramatizar, e sem evidenciar que é o errado da equipe, deve se perceber o motivo do erro, identificar a causa, identificar a origem do desencontro. E trabalhar para Sanar a Causa. Deve se gerar uma cultura na empresa, de não se temer de errar, e reconhecer o Erro, deve se ter a cultura enraizada em todos os membros da equipe, deve se criar e desenvolver a capacidade de auto-analise- “ eu Errei Nisso- E penso que já descobri o caminho de Não erras Mas nesse quesito, o que vocês acham”, e por ai vai. Deve se Desenvolver a cultura de Competividade, e colocar a prova os seus colaboradores competidores, para ilustrarem o que notou de bom em tal equipe ou o que houve de positivo em tal equipe ou em tal parceiro da equipe, e o que precisa ser melhorado. “Alguém quer Falar aqui o que Acho de Bom em Tal Pessoa ou tal Equipe, e o De ruim. “ Isso se chama cultura do Acerto, cultura do bom Companheiro de trabalho.

6.Metas Elaboradas e Metas Alcançadas
As Metas Elaboradas nunca deve ser uma meta inatingível , e nunca deve ser uma meta muito fácil. A Meta deve ser diária, gerenciada semanalmente , quinzenalmente , e premiada mensalmente ou trimestralmente. As Metas Elaboradas tem que ser ativas e Não Estáticas, elas devem trazer um impulso para o colaborador. Nessa fase de elaboração de Metas, o Gestor(Diretor/ Presidente/ Sócios), tem que estar prontos a romper paradigmas, e Deixar claro para a equipe, “que caso necessário, nos recuaremos para recombinar e crescer”
As Metas alcançadas tem que ser Remuneradas: Moralmente , Socialmente e Monetariamente
Moralmente : reunião interna da empresa(ato cerimonial), entrega de certificado, Medalhas Socialmente: Colocar o Nome e Foto do Ganhador no Mural, podendo sair publicado no jornalzinho da empresa.
Monetariamente: Dinheiro, Viagem, Vale Compra, etc. 

7.Porque os Clientes Estão Comprando
Um fato é certo, nunca existiu cliente fiel. Existe Cliente que:
1)Tem preguiça em procurar outro lugar,
2)Tem cliente está achando justo o que está pagando e o que esta recebendo.
3)Tem Cliente que já compra em outro Lugar e compra com você também.
4)Tem cliente que compra porque o preço, é o mesmo que estão cobrando em  outro lugar e o sua empresa está no caminho de passagem do cliente.
5)Tem cliente que Compra na Sua Empresa Porque você sempre tem variedade de Produtos que Ele Precisa
6) Tem cliente que compra na sua empresa , porque sempre está atraído pela promoção.

“O Cliente sempre quer Condições Melhores,( Prazos/ Preços /Quantidade Usufruida), o cliente por um outro prisma , ele quer te quebrar, porque se entra algum fornecedor que atenda todos esses quesitos, muito melhor que você, Com certeza ele deixará de ser seu Cliente”

“A Resposta Certa Para todos os Questionamentos , é na Real, a de que Depende do tipo de Produto a Comprar- O cliente Utilizará o Juizo de Valor para aquela Compra”
