Todos Esses Departamentos São Importantes para o Funcionamento da Empresa, prefiro deixar certo de que não existe um Departamento Mais Importante Que o Outro. Todos São Peças  fundamentais para o Sucesso e Funcionamento da empresa. Todos Devem Trabalhar o  Seu Melhor. Todos devem Ser explorado da Melhor Forma.

Todos os Departamento tem que ter rotina administrativas definas, limites de atuação e interação para com os Demais, cada departamento deve ter sua Hierarquia Funcional Definida. Todos os Departamentos pode Anualmente  elaborar seus Planos Estratégicos, Dos Erros, Dos Acertos, e sempre esse Plano estratégico, tem que ser Condizente com o Objetivo Principal Estratégico da Empresa.

O piso e Teto de Salário tem que ser bem definido,  ficar claro paras as pessoas atuantes na empresa(diretoria, Gerencia, Operacional 01, 02,03, etc) , para evitar entraves e embates em sua estrutura.  Os Entraves e Embates em Sua Estrutura custam caro, geram dificuldades em alcançar os objetivos, principais, setoriais. Exemplo quando o Gerente Entra na Empresa, e não lhe é apresentado o Valor que ele Começa Recebendo e o quanto Ele pode Chegar a Receber daqui um ANO ou 5 Anos atuando na Empresa . O mesmo vai ficar imaginando, e sonhando, com valores que não são condizentes com a  possibilidade de recebimento da função. E assim sucessivamente acontecerá com todos, As Energias dos Colaboradores que almejam Melhores e Sonhados Big Salários, Serão gastas, Serão Perdidas, e serão conflitantes com o Objetivo da Empresa.

Atenção: Empresas  Antigas, que Nasceram e foram Fundadas Em Período inflacionários (década de 80 e 90),  e se mantem até hoje, sofrem com Discrepância nos  Salários pagos, Pessoas que ingressaram na empresa em períodos inflacionário, podem estar recebendo Salários Maiores,  do que aquelas pessoas que entraram no período estabilidade de preços. Essa Pressão Inflacionária , também acontece com Contratos, firmados  no período inflacionários e trazidos e mantidos até os dias atuais. Exemplo: O faxineiro /Copeiro ganhando mais que pessoas em Nível de Gerência. Valores – firmados com Profissionais/ Advogados/ Contadores/ Programadores,etc, caso mantidos até o dias atuais, podem não ser mais competitivos.  E todo esses valores se devem a contratação em período inflacionário, mantido até os dias atuais.

Todos os Departamentos São Responsáveis pela Manutenção do Objetivo da Empresa (Lucro- Subsistência, etc). E essa visão não pode ser perder em nenhum momento. Tem que estar enraizada na mente de todos os colaboradores, e presente em todas as decisões.

A Ordem dos Fatores Não Altera o produto, essa afirmativa funciona perfeitamente para a Matemática, para a administração, a ordem dos fatores altera o produto, ou seja a ordem altera o resultado. Então os Administradores e todos os Colaboradores da Empresa , tem que ser atentarem em cumprir o procedimento exigido pela empresa.

Procedimentos Exigidos- é um fator crucial  para a empresa ser bem administra, se todos os departamentos tiverem seus procedimentos definidos a empresa vai melhor.

A palavra Deve ou Pode deve ser bastante questionada, pelo departamento Administrativo. E depois de verificado se Deve ou Pode , o departamento administrativo deve cuidar de proceder a integralização de determinado departamento para consigo mesmo e para a diretoria.  Integração é uma Tarefa que o O Departamento de Administração pode ou Deve ser Responsável

ADMINISTRAÇÃO

ADMINISTRAÇÃO

Trabalha a Visão da Empresa como um Todo, e Trabalha a Visão Específica, é o Departamento que Tem que Ter a Consciência (Visão da Realidade), do que está acontecendo Dentro da Empresa, procura ajudar todos os  demais setores, e quando algo pode melhorar é esse departamento que é responsável pela indicação e estudo das possíveis mudanças. É esse Departamento que Rumina as Mudanças. Uma Boa opção administrativa, é esse departamento cuidar do calendário da empresa, calendário festivo, calendário de reuniões, de avaliação, de SIPAT-Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes no Trabalho, De assuntos de Reunião da Diretoria, Da Gerência, das Vendas, Dia da Contabilidade Apresentar Projeção de Resultados  Previstos e Dia da Contabilidade Apresentar Resultados  Alcançados e assim sucessivamente.

CONTABILIDADE

Responsável por Identificar , qual é a melhor opção Tributária para a Empresa, e como a Mesma pagará Menos Tributos, fazendo ou Deixando de Fazer Determinadas Operações. Ela tem que Conhecer  a empresa, tipo de onde compra, quanto compra, como Vende (NFs, NFe, Snf,Orç), Sazionalidade nas Vendas, e Mensurar Impacto Dos Tributos no Fluxo Financeiro da Empresa. Empresas Optantes pelo Lucro Real, Pagam Impostos de Renda Sobre o Resultado, e são penalizadas a cada aumento desse resultado, isso a contabilidade tem  que prever, e transparecer para os Diretores, Donos, Administradores da Empresa. Para acontecer esse envolvimento do setor contábil, os diretores da empresa tem que ter Visão sobre esse assunto, solicitar, planejar, interagir e cobrar números.

Esse Departamento é Responsável por Promover as Vendas, a perpetuação das Vendas. Ele fica Responsável de Reunir os Colaboradores Responsáveis por Trazer Vendas, Efetivar Vendas. Cuida do Estudo de atuação de cada Colaborador, define região de atuação, para ajudar a empresa a alcançar resultados positivos, ele é responsável por enganjar  o grupo com objetivos plausíveis. É ele o responsável por difundir o conhecimento prático das Vendas, esse Departamento pode contar com o Pessoal do departamento Técnico, para aprofundar substancialmente o conhecimento da equipe de vendas. Cuida de Reunir os Colaboradores e Promover Reuniões periódicas com Clientes, ele é responsável por definir rotinas de venda, a produtos a serem vendidos. Busca entender o mercado, margens, preços, custo, qualidade, variedade, perda, procura, reclamações. Busca traçar o perfil de Clientes potenciais, tipo empresas que mais compram e porque compram, e assim sucessivamente. Caso o movimento (vendas) de um determinado colaboradores venha a cair, ele pode tentar descobrir, o porque aconteceu, o que está afetando o desempenho de determinada pessoa. Se é muita concorrência que existe em Tal Região, se é a procura que é pouca, se é falta de empenho do colaboradores, se o falta de empenho está sendo motivada pelos problemas pessoais do colaborador. E assim o departamento deve Trabalhar na manutenção das vendas, e na interação do departamento comercial (calendário) com os demais departamentos.

FINANCEIRO

"A empresa Sobe ou Desce, o financeiro também, é Responsável pelo Sucesso ou Pelo Insucesso da Empresa"

Responsável por Realizar os Pagamentos e Cuidar dos Recebimentos- Critérios.  Esse departamento aprova o cadastro dos clientes, libera o valor que o cliente pode comprar, define em quantas vezes  pode ser vendido determinado produto.  Mas as regras desse departamento nunca podem ser absolutas (rígidas ao extremo), se for rígida ao extremo faz a empresa incorrer em crise. Esse departamento tem que contar com uma benevolência ( nunca Astucia) Grandiosa, caso isso não ocorra a empresa para de girar e  todos os departamentos ficaram afogados com a falta de prática desse departamento.  A flexibilidade pode ser boa, nunca fugir as regras comerciais necessária.  Se o departamento Financeiro conseguisse Definir qual a melhor regra pra ele operar, seria o Recebimento antes da entrega de mercadoria, seria o cliente pagar com preço alto primeiramente antes de receber qualquer mercadoria.  Dai a Necessidade a Necessidade do Gerente Financeiro ou Diretor Financeiro Usar o bom  senso visionário pra alavancar a empresa.

Essa engrenagem, quebra as demais, tem que ter cuidado pra assumir posturas rígidas, posturas que fazem fornecedores ficarem desacreditados na empresa, clientes com raiva da empresa, funcionários jogando contra a empresa, e assim sucessivamente. Essa Roldana (Depto Financeiro) rebenta os demais. Se a pessoa for preparada, a empresa consegue sair da Crise, pagar seus compromissos, pagar seus impostos, abrir e manter fornecedores , comprando mais matérias primas e fazendo a Roda Girar. (engrenagem /Empresa Girar). Ou Atitude aqui implantada gera uma freada brusca, incalculável.

COMPRAS

Realizar a Rotina de Compras, Realizar Pedidos, verificando a Qualidade e Fluxo de Aceitação e Saida Venda. Esse departamento, como todos os departamentos tem que ser dinâmico, cuidar de realizar o pedido e da conferência do que esta recebendo, ou seja , o que foi comprado e o que estão entregando, e se a forma de pagamento foi a combinada.  Geralmente esse setor, caso resolva realizar compras a vista, faz com que a empresa entre em dificuldade  financeira. Se a empresa adquire um fluxo de mercadoria grande (volume alto) e o prazo de pagamento dos produtos é menor do que o prazo de pagamento das vendas, teremos um descompasso no fluxo financeiro da empresa.  A Empresa estará descapitalizando. E A postura contrária Permite a empresa Não usar Capital próprio para realizar o financiamento das vendas. Ter um Leque de fornecedores, diminui o risco de Insolvência da Empresa, e geralmente quando o setor  de compras da empresa é dinâmico, ou recebe ordens, acaba optando por comprar mercadoria de mais fornecedores. E Isso a logo prazo é saudável para a empresa, e se é bom para a empresa, será bom para todos os demais departamentos. Essa prática de diluir a aquisição de mercadorias em vários fornecedores acaba, auxiliando na manutenção existencial da empresa.  E assim sucessivamente, o departamento de compra, pode explorar todas essas dicas  e ainda criar rotinas de recebimento de mercadorias, e utilização das mesmas na produção, etc. Um volume descontrolado de Compras (pra Mais ou para Menos), impacta no Financeiro e no Montante de Tributos a ser pagos. Dai a necessidade te ter um planejamento em Conjunto com os demais departamentos (Financeiro, Contábil, Tributário,etc)
